This program is specifically for high level rep and academy players.
Groups will be split on age group (8-10, 11-12 and 13-16) as well as skill level.
This program will be an intensive camp from January 2nd - 3rd to get players back to their best before they return from Christmas break.
If you are looking for an high performance program before you return to your regular team training, this program is for you!
